Greg Vincent

This is my friend Greg Vincent and I, Greg was baptized as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints on December 21st, 2013.
I met Greg, because his Dad was Baptized recently before him, the ward mission leader in my home ward  called me and asked if I could be there for a new member lesson for his Dad, I didn't know them yet, but I was happy and excited to be there! He said that he has a son who is 21, and that he wanted me to fellowship him, or be friends with him.
Greg is from San Francisco and he recently moved to Utah, he had not seen his Dad in 7 years, he decided that it would be a good time to move to Utah to see his Father.
Greg had a desire to follow in his Father's footsteps and be baptized. I invited him to go to the young single adult ward with me. The missionaries then taught Greg at our house. The lesson went so amazingly the spirit was felt, and the missionaries, gave a great lesson on the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Greg is a very quick learner and he was preparing to be baptized on December 14th! The lesson went great from there on out. His Dad then baptized him having recently received the Aaronic Priesthood, on December 21st, 2013.
Heavenly Father loves each and every one of us more than we know. He loves Greg so very much and I know that. I am so proud of Greg, he has changed his life so much for the Gospel of Jesus Christ, because he knows its true and has a testimony. Greg is such a smiley happy person, I’m so grateful that I know Greg, now, and that he has righteous desires to follow Jesus Christ.
It is very easy for me to see God's hand in all of this. Heavenly Father prepared Greg so that he could have happiness in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Witnessing Greg change for the better has blessed my life forever.
I testify that God lives, I know that he lives and loves each and every one of us. I try to do my best to stand as a witness of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ at all times, and can do better. Joseph Smith is a Prophet of God, he did in actuality see God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ and he played a huge role in restoring Jesus Christ's church to the earth, the same exact gospel that Jesus set up when he was on the earth, with all the authority and power from God. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ amen.
